Yes. Both Redsun apps offer a free trial on their paid plans so you can try every feature before subscribing. Trial lengths and free plan limits vary by app, so check the app's Shopify App Store listing for current details. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
Absolutely. Each app is independent and runs alongside the other without any conflicts. Many merchants use SEO AI Blog Builder for content and Out of Stocks Manager for storefront quality at the same time.
All Redsun apps are billed directly through your Shopify account. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, so there's no separate checkout or credit card setup required.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the subscription page inside the app. Changes are prorated by Shopify and take effect immediately.
If your store exceeds the limits of the top tier (for example, more than 100,000 products on Out of Stocks Manager, or a higher content volume on SEO AI Blog Builder), please contact us. We're happy to set up custom support tailored to your store.
If you were charged by mistake or are unhappy with one of our apps, contact us and we'll work with you on a refund. You can also cancel anytime during the free trial without any charge.
